The ViscoSystem® AVS® 470 works according to the glass capillary method – the most accurate method for physically determining the viscosity of Newtonian liquids.

The new feature: measurements under vacuum and under pressure with a single instrument, independent of a PC!

The ViscoSystem® AVS® 470 permits both working methods. In this way the measuring method is very easy to adapt to the requirements of the application. This also reduces the setting-up time, as both methods are permanently available.

Perfectly equipped for fully automatic viscosity measurement.

With the new ViscoSystem® AVS® 470 you will acquire an instrument that contains virtually everything that you need in order to be able to make accurate and reproducible measurements. The instrument already contains all the usual types of viscosity calculation; a small PS2 keypad is sufficient for entering additional data. You can conveniently document your results with a serial printer. This means that, on a minimal footprint, you have a measuring station that leaves nothing to be desired regarding accuracy and reproducibility when compared with complicated measuring setups.
